A family dedicated his entire life to the Hospitality Industry, at the beginning Elie to La Antilla and Islantilla. Started in a bar. In 1975 in the neighborhood of Punta del Cayman, where we were several years old, then passed in 1979 to La Playa Central, with the restaurant called "El Plantio", and finally from the year 1981 and very known for his service and kitchen, now recognized throughout Andalusia and with their prizes and their recipes included in several books of Andalusian cuisine under the name EL NIDO DE RODRI, and finally in 1996 in La Antilla, at the restaurant "LA LANGOSTA". There have been other facilities like the others but with less time we leave our footprint and our kitchen marked as a memory for everything that is done with love and enjoyment to a dedicated work from our principles.
We are in Isla Cristina with "LA SERBECERIA", from 2005 Paseo de los Reyes, 2 (next to Del Carmen street) where you can taste a variety of Tapas, Rations, Carnes, good atmosphere, etc...
We also have a restaurant since 2004, or better known as the Social Club in Miramar Residencial La Antilla, where we have kitchen facilities and very well recognized and appreciated by our own customers that year after year is increasing, thanks to the efforts by the Family.
And as final since the introduction of our new facilities and new knowledge of a branch of the hotel that we had not touched bottom as we are doing now "CAFE 1972", from the year 2008, where we have a commitment, love and working to provide our clients, friends and new customers, something different and the distinction of our way and open way, mount new challenges within the framework of the hotel business, and we offer something different in the sense of treatment, service and facilities.
